• ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP (ACISCSM)

The Associate Member (ACISCSM) category is specifically targeted at professionals who possess initial industry experience and are committed to furthering their career in sales and customer service. The Fellow Membership is accessible at a fee of $200, ₦170,000, or €200, and it grants exclusive access to high-level professional events, advanced resources, leadership opportunities, and prestigious industry acknowledgment.

• Doctoral Fellow (DR.FCISCSM)

The esteemed Doctoral Fellow (DR.FCISCSM) membership is tailored exclusively for industry professionals who possess more than 15 years of extensive professional experience and have reached a doctoral-level standard of expertise. These individuals exemplify remarkable academic and professional accomplishments, significantly contributing to industry knowledge and best practices in sales and customer service management.

Membership at this elite level is priced at ₦250,000, $300 or €300, reflecting the exceptional status, influence, and prestige it confers.
