Eligibility Criteria:

1. Experience: This category is designed for individuals with over 15 years of experience in senior roles related to sales, customer service, or customer relations. This includes positions such as Directors of Companies, Senior Managers in Customer Care, Call Centre Managers, Customer Relations Managers, Customer Service Managers, Front Desk Officers, Marketing Executives, and similar high-level roles.

2. Invitation by the Council: Additionally, Fellow Membership can be awarded through invitation by the CISCSM Council. This recognition is based on significant contributions to the field, exemplary professional achievements, and alignment with the institute’s values and mission.
