Professionals with 0–3 years of relevant work experience who are looking to build a strong foundation through professional training, certification, and continuous development in sales, customer service, customer experience, business development, marketing, or related fields.

Full Member

This is for Professionals with 4–8 years of relevant work experience who have demonstrated competence and consistent performance in sales, customer service, customer experience, key account management, business development, or leadership roles.

Fellow Member

This is for Professionals with 10–15 years of relevant work experience who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic expertise, and sustained excellence in sales, customer service, customer experience, business development, key account management, commercial management, or executive leadership. 

Doctoral Fellow
