This programme is suitable for sales and customer service professionals, business development executives, entrepreneurs, managers, HND/BSc holders, and anyone seeking career advancement in Sales, CRM, or Customer Service.

3.The programme runs for 8 weeks: 7 weeks of lectures followed by 1 week of examinations, and then an induction ceremony.

4. How long is the programme?
The programme runs for 8 weeks, combining lectures, practical sessions, assessments, and real-world applications.

5. What training methods are available?
Classroom (Physical), Virtual Instructor-Led, and Self-Paced Online.

6. What courses are available?
Sales Management only, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) only, or Combined Sales Management & CRM.

7. What are the programme fees?
Single Course (Sales or CRM):
Application Fee: ₦10,000
Course Fee: ₦140,000

Combined Sales & CRM Programme:
Application Fee: ₦10,000
Course Fee: ₦240,000
Physical Induction Fee: ₦20,000 (Optional)

8. Are installment payments allowed?
Yes. Flexible installment payment options are available.
Payment can be structured as 50%/50%, 50%/30%/20%, or any agreed flexible arrangement.
A minimum of 50% initial payment is required to secure your slot.

9. What certifications will participants receive?
Participants will earn professional membership of CISCSM, Diploma or Postgraduate Diploma (based on qualification), and Chartered professional certification in Sales and/or CRM.

10. Is the certification recognised?
Yes. CISCSM certifications are professionally recognised and designed to enhance career growth and employability.

11. Can I combine Sales and CRM?
Yes. The combined Sales & CRM option is highly recommended for broader career advantage.
