Dr. S. Bhadmus Abudu is a seasoned business executive with more than 30 years of corporate experience spanning finance, business development and planning, business strategy, customer relations, supply chain management and organisational restructuring.
Executive Leadership
Dr. Bhadmus was appointed Managing Director of BJAY Construction & Finishing Limited in March 2017 after four years as Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Premier Paints Plc. Following another four-year period as Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Nycil Limited, he returned to BJAY in 2024.
His earlier corporate career includes experience with GlaxoSmithKline Nigeria, Nigerian Bottling Company Plc. and Mouka Limited, where he developed broad expertise across finance, planning, strategy, customer relations and supply chain management.

He is a Business Administration graduate of the University of Lagos, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (FCTI), and a Doctoral Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Sales and Customer Service Management (Dr. FCISCSM).
